BIBs can NOT be distributed on Race Day
You must collect your BIB at the pre-race Expo on August 7-8, 2026. No exceptions will be made on race day.
BIB Collection
All participants must collect their BIB and timing chip from the pre-race Expo. BIBs cannot be mailed or collected on race day.

What to Bring
- Registration confirmation email or SMS
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License)
Proxy Collection
If you cannot collect your BIB in person, a proxy may collect it on your behalf. The proxy must carry:
- A signed authorization letter from the participant
- Digital copy of the participant's registration confirmation
- Digital copy of the participant's photo ID
- The proxy's own valid government-issued photo ID
Important Reminder
BIBs can NOT be distributed on Race Day. Please plan to visit the Bib Collection Venue on August 7 or 8, 2026, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
